This six-week programme is tailored for you. It covers all aspects of this life stage, offering practical advice and solutions.

You’ll regain control over your life, emotions, and body, emerging stronger and healthier.

Throughout the programme, you’ll receive 1-2-1 coaching sessions, weekly PDFs with advice, recipes, exercise plans, and follow-up emails to address any additional concerns.

What is covered in the Menopause 6-week programme?

    Week 1. Hormones

    This covers understanding your hormones, what they do, what changes are going on in your body as they change, and what steps you can take to balance them and replace them with diet, holistic supplements, and lifestyle changes you can adopt to alleviate symptoms that you are experiencing

    Week 2. Stress Management

    This covers how increased levels of the hormone cortisol and adrenaline fatigue can overtake you during this stage. We look at strategies to restore balance and harmony in your body. We look at ways to prevent hormones from running riot and causing stress and anxiety using diet, exercise, and relaxation techniques.

    Week 3. Body Well-Being

    This covers body well-being from bone health, pelvic strengthening, and water retention. As the body transits through menopause bones and pelvic muscles start to decline and issues such as bloating start to appear. We look at the best ways of maintaining a healthy body through diet and exercise.

    Week 4. Emotional Well-Being

    This week is all about looking after your emotions. There is no doubt that perimenopause and menopause can be a very emotional time in a woman's life and here we show you ways to cope with the emotional side, through diet, exercise, self-care, and holistic well-being.

    Week 5. Diet

    DescriptioThis week goes into greater detail about the effects that the correct diet has on the body, from balancing hormones, helping to lose weight, raising energy levels, and giving you a feel-good boost through your diet. A selection of recipes provided shows you how to incorporate the right foods into your diet in an easy and tasty way.n goes here

    Week 6. Exercise

    As the programme draws to a close we will look at effective exercises for the mind and body. to keep you fit and healthy mentally and physically. From weight-bearing exercises to increase bone density, to cardio workouts to burn fat, and yoga and meditation exercises to relieve stress and strengthen the body.
