How Coaching Works
Love the idea of coaching but are unsure how it works or what is expected of you…..here is a quick rundown of a Coaching session.
Step 1.
Initial introduction. It all starts with you getting in touch to see how I can help you. During our first initial free chat, we will discuss your needs and what I have to offer you. If you are happy and the fit is good then we move on to the next stage of booking a session together.
Step 2.
This session is all about You and Your needs. Depending on which package you have booked will depend on the layout of the session. Each private session takes place on either Zoom, Messenger or a telephone call, whichever you are most comfortable with.
The sessions are all completely private and it is important to me that you are relaxed and comfortable, working in an environment where you feel at ease and free to talk. If you have booked onto one of the packages, on menopause or pro-ageing, then a full rundown of what to expect each week will be sent to you.
If you are booking a coaching programme, then each session will be tailored to suit your needs. Coaching is all about You making a Commitment to success, I am here to offer you guidance and tools along the way to reach your true potential and achieve your goals. I use CBT, NLP, and proven tried and tested methods to bring about lasting change.
Step 3.
After each session, you will be given tools and goals to work on before your next session, this is the best way to see real results and change your mindset. A follow-up email is sent to you between each session.

What Coaching Gives You
Once you have signed up for a coaching session, you have decided to really start taking control of your life and making a change. Here are some of the things that you can expect from your sessions;

How online coaching works
Many people imagine that to have effective coaching sessions, they need to be in person, to build rapport, understand body language and create empathy. Since the pandemic, so much has changed with regard to coaching. One-to-one coaching is just as effective online as in person.
The benefits of online coaching are that you can choose a time that suits you, there is no travelling to an appointment or parking, just the convenience of sitting down in the comfort of your own home and connecting.
